 | Ferrous material hazard The table dock components are ferrous and can become dangerous projectiles within the magnetic field. The dock must be removed from the magnet room prior to removing any parts from the dock. |

| Possible component damage The dock pedal spring may break if too much force is applied to it during installation. Insert the spring into only one pedal at a time. Do not bend the spring to insert it into both pedals at the same time. |
About this task
The procedure applies to both the up and down pedal springs.Procedure
- Remove each end of the spring from the pedal on both sides of the dock. The spring is held in place by spring tension.

- Insert one end of the new spring into the hole in one of the dock pedals.
- Grasp the other end of the spring approximately one inch from the end and insert it into the hole in the opposite side dock pedal.
