Replacing the dockable table ElectroMagnetic (EM) clutch and belt
Removes the ElectroMagnetic (EM) clutch and belt from the dockable table motor and EM clutch assembly, and installs a replacement clutch and belt.

Installing the dockable table motor coupler

Procedure

Make sure the key is installed on the ElectroMagnetic (EM) clutch shaft.

Install the coupler onto the rigibelt drive shaft.

Tighten the screw securing the motor coupler to the EM clutch shaft.

Make sure the gap between the EM clutch and the motor and clutch assembly housing is 4.2 ± 0.5 mm.

Note: The gap should be within specification when the clutch is pushed down completely.

Make sure the gap between the motor coupler and the motor and clutch assembly housing is 3.8 ± 0.5 mm. Loosen the coupler bottom screw and adjust the position of the coupler on the clutch shaft, if required; then re-tighten the screw.
