Installing the dockable table motor and clutch assembly

Installs the motor and ElectroMagnetic (EM) clutch assembly onto the dockable table tabletop.

Procedure

  1. Make sure the key is in the rigibelt drive shaft.

  2. Install the motor and EM clutch assembly onto the tabletop.
  3. Apply Loctite #243 to the four motor bracket screws.
  4. Install the four screws securing the motor bracket to the tabletop.

  5. Tighten the screw securing the coupler to the motor drive shaft.

  6. Connect the EM clutch cable to the table wiring.

  7. Connect the motor power and signal connectors to the table wiring.

  8. Install cable ties securing the motor and clutch assembly cables to the table.
