System Power must be turned OFF. Refer to System Cabinet PDU Main Breaker LOTO Procedure.

Procedure

  1. Remove L Upper Front Cover. Refer to SC Cover Removal.
  2. Disconnect all front connectors from control board.
  3. Loosen 2 screws of control board for XFD-PS.
  4. Open two extractor levers, and remove control board from XFD-PS.
    Note:

    The control board can be removed/inserted to the socket by lifting up a little.

  5. Restore control board for XFD-PS by reverse order.
  6. Restore all front connectors to control board.
  7. Restore System Cabinet.

Finalization

  1. Restore the Power. Refer to System Cabinet PDU Main Breaker LOTO Procedure.
  2. Perform DQA Tool.
  3. Perform Signal to Noise - Head Scan.
