DANGER

STRONG MAGNETIC FIELD!

FERROUS MATERIALS CAN BECOME DANGEROUS PROJECTILES IN THE PRESENCE OF THE MAGNETIC FIELD PRODUCED BY THE SIGNA MAGNET.

Do not Bring any ferromagnetic tools or equipment into the magnet room.

ELECTROCUTION HAZARD!

DANGEROUS AND OR FATAL VOLTAGES ARE PRESENT IN THE ENERGIZED CABINET.

Follow LOTO steps as given in first section of this document to disable and verify safe voltage levels.

HOT SURFACE OF TRANSFORMER.

SURFACE TEMPERATURE OF TRANSFORMER WILL BE OVER 60°C (140°F) WHILE SYSTEM IS IN OPERATION.

EVEN THOUGH THE POWER IS TURNED OFF, THE HEAT WILL REMAIN FOR A LONG TIME. CONTACT WITH SURFACE WILL RESULT IN BURNS. DO NOT TOUCH TRANSFORMER.

PDU and Service Disconnect Panel (or Main Disconnect Panel) must be turned OFF. Refer to Lockout / Tagout for MDP(Main Disconnect Panel) or Facility PDU .	-	-

Remove SC Front Cover and Rear Cover. Refer to SC Cover Removal
Remove Main Breaker Panel from front side.

Open Breaker panel by removing four screws.

Disconnect 3 cables from under side of Main Breaker. Use 5mm hex wrench to loosen screws

Remove PDU access cover by loosening 20 screws.

Disconnect all cables from rear terminal of EMI Filter.

Note:
If any cable is disturbing the removal of EMI filter cables, temporary disconnect the cables. Do not forget to restore after replacement.
Remove Ground Cable.

Remove two screws at the EMI filter panel and slide toward the rear side to disconnect the plate.

Remove the EMI Filter with plate from the front opening as Figure 7.

Remove EMI Filter from the plate.
Remove main breaker cables from the defective EMI Filter and connect them to the new EMI Filter.
Restore the Filter by the reverse order of the removal.

Note:
If any cable is disconnected during the procedure, do not forget to restore.

Restore Power for main input circuit breaker.
Restore the Power. Refer to Lockout / Tagout for MDP(Main Disconnect Panel) or Facility PDU .
Run one head or body scan.
