DANGER

STRONG MAGNETIC FIELD!

Ferrous materials can become dangerous projectiles in the presence of the magnetic field produced by the SIGNA magnet.

Do not bring any ferromagnetic tools or equipment into the magnet room.

Warning

ELECTROCUTION HAZARD!

Dangerous and or fatal voltages are present in the energized cabinet.

Follow LOTO steps as given in first section of this document to disable and verify safe voltage levels.

PDU must be turned OFF. Refer to Lockout / Tagout for ISC.	-	-

Open ISC covers.
Remove all DCPSs. Refer to following procedures.
Loosen fixing screws and remove ISC PW Cover by lifting up a little.

Note: If furnished closet door prevents from removing, the PW cover can be separated in two pieces by removing 6 screws at center.

Remove the cables from defective Filter Box Assy at Pen wall side.

Remove screws fixing Filter Box Assy and Penetration Panel.

Remove Filter Box Assy from Equipment room side.

Figure 4. Remove Filter Box Assy
Replace all cables to new FRU.
Restore the Filter Box Assy by reverse order of removal.

Note: Make sure to tighten each screw.
