DANGEROUS AND OR FATAL VOLTAGES ARE PRESENT IN THE ENERGIZED CABINET.

Follow LOTO steps as given in first section of this document to disable and verify safe voltage levels.

Location of each DC Power Supply is as following illustration

Open ISC Covers.
Release the clamp binding DCPS cables to the Filter.

Remove DCPS cable bracket.
1. Loosen two screw.
2. Rotate up a little at right side and remove the bracket.

Disconnect the following cable connectors which are routed from DCPS for DPP. If necessary, cut the tie wraps.
- P/N 6859010–2 (To PDU AC)
- P/N 6859075 (To Filter J1, J5, J4)
- P/N 6859032 (To Filter J3)
- P/N 6859076 (To Cabinet Monitor J16)
Notice

DCPS Tray is tightly inserted in the bracket. Need enough pull force to remove it.
Remove the DPP DC power supply from ISC.
1. Loosen 2 screws tightening power supply and chassis.
2. Slide out the tray.

Remove DCPS for IRD per following steps.
1. Disconnect two connectors.
2. Remove two screws.
3. Remove DCPS for IRD.

Using new FRU(DCPS for DPP or DCPS for IRD), restore the DCPS by the reverse order of removal.
Restore the ISC by the reverse order of the removal.
