PDU and Service Disconnect Panel (or Main Disconnect Panel) must be turned OFF. Refer to LOTO for MDP(Main Disconnect Panel) or Facility PDU .

Procedure

  1. Remove ISC connector cover by removing 4 screws.

  2. Perform the following steps.
    1. Disconnect FAN Power cables from Terminal.
    2. Loosen 4 screws from Top FAN.
    Figure 2. Disconnect power
  3. Remove FAN Assy.
    Figure 3. FAN Assy Removal
  4. Restore the new FAN Assy by reverse order of removal.

Finalization

  1. Restore the Power. Refer to Removing LOTO - MDP.
  2. Check that the Top Fan Assy is operating normally.
  3. Perform check scan.
