GOC PDU Replacement

Procedure

  1. Remove Left side cover and Right Side Cover from GOC.

    Disconnect the short ground lead that connects the side covers to the GOC main chassis at the center of the lead

  2. Shut off the CB1 of Power Distribution Supply at the back of GOC.

  3. Disconnect GOC power cable according to following step.
    1. Remove plug cover by loosening two screws.
    2. Disconnect GOC power cable.

  4. At the right side of GOC, disconnect the power cable from J3, J4, J10.

  5. Remove two screws and remove GOC CHASSIS FACING PLATE.

  6. Remove GOC PDU per following steps.
    1. Remove three screws.
    2. Withdraw GOC PDU.

  7. Restore GOC by reverse order of removal.
  8. Turn the CB1 to the ON position.

Finalization

  1. Restore power to the GOC. Perform Lockout/Tagout of GOC.
  2. Verify that the system boot up.
  3. Log in.

    • User name: sdc

    • Password: adw2.0

  4. Verify that the system is fully booted.
