System Power must be turned OFF. Refer to ISC PDU Main Breaker LOTO Procedure.

Procedure

  1. Open ISC Covers.
  2. Perform the following steps.
    1. Disconnect two connectors.
    2. Remove six screws.
    3. Remove Leak sensor assy.

  3. Perform the following steps.
    1. Disconnect GP4 Cable at the front panel of the board.
    2. Loosen two screws.
    3. Open Extract levers.
    4. Withdraw control board.
    Note:

    The control board can be removed/inserted to the socket by lifting up a little.

  4. Restore control board for SSSA by reverse order.
  5. Connect GP4 Cable at the front panel of the board.
  6. Restore the cabinet leak sensor assy.
  7. Restore ISC.

Finalization

  1. Restore the Power of ISC PDU Main Breaker. Refer to Removing LOTO - ISC.
  2. To adjust DC Offsets, refer to DC Offset Adjustment.
  3. Perform [TPS Reset].
  4. Perform DQA Tool.
