Delrin wheel Replacement

Procedure

  1. Move the cradle inside the bore until the Delrin wheel exposed completely
  2. Turn the system power OFF. Refer to Lockout / Tagout for System Cabinet PDU Main Breaker.
  3. Remove the right top cover from the table. Refer to Scissor Covers.
  4. Remove the Table Top side FRP covers fixing screws in the Table and remove side FRP covers.

  5. Remove the Screws of the Delrin wheel.

  6. Take out the Delrin wheel and replace a new one, fix the new Delrin wheel to the tabletop assy.

  7. Install tabletop side FRP covers
  8. Fix the scissor covers from the table
