Configure an NTP server

About this task

Whether the customer's site uses a Domain Name System (DNS) server or a Proxy server for communications between the scanner and IPM, you must configure the Master network time protocol (NTP) server.

Note: Perform this procedure if you did not select this option when you Configure a DNS server or if you Configure a Proxy server instead.

Procedure

On the Common Service Desktop, navigate to MR Guided Install > Basic Configuration > Network info.
In the network configuration page, enter the IP address in the Enable Network Time Protocol field and then click Accept.
