Installing the heat exchanger temperature sensor

Procedure

Install the o-ring onto the new temperature sensor.

Install the temperature sensor as follows:
1. Install the temperature sensor into the heat exchanger.
2. Install the temperature sensor retaining clip.

Connect the cable connector to the heat exchanger temperature sensor.

Notice

Component damage

The heat exchanger temperature sensor cable is highly susceptible to damage.

Use caution when connecting, disconnecting, or working around the heat exchanger temperature sensor cable.

Finalization

After LOTO is removed, make sure the sensor is working by examining the temperature logs.
