Installs the ICE DCPS into the Power Gradient RF (PGR) cabinet.

Procedure
- Open the PGR door.
- Disconnect the ICE DC cable from the DCPS.
- Disconnect the AC power cable from the DCPS.
- Loosen the captive fastener securing the DCPS to the tray.

- Remove the ICE DCPS from the ICE DCPS tray.
