Warning

ELECTROCUTION HAZARD!

HIGH VOLTAGE PRESENT IN THE CHILLER.

USE PROPER LOCK OUT / TAG OUT PROCEDURES BEFORE REPLACING THE COMPINENTS.

Check the software version of pCOxs Controller, order the right FRU part.	-	-

Procedure

Disconnect the unit power supply and the door panel handle is located in the OFF position.
Open the electric control box cover and unplug the telephone connector cable.
Use a screwrdriver to remove the terminals on the controller.
Use a screwdriver to unplug the controller buckle.
Remove the controller, put it on the table, press the card slot with a screwdriver and remove the controller shell.
Unplug the older controller clock card, remove the new controller shell according to step5 and then install the clock card to the new controller. Restore the controller shell.
Install the new controller on the electric control box, buckle transferred to the right position, plug in the terminals and telephone connector cables.
Close the door panel of the electric control box, place the handle of the door panel in ON position then the unit is powered on. Refer to the following steps to initialize the controller. Power off after initialization and then power on again. The unit is ready for normal use.
- If the control interface of the manipulator is not in the "main interface" M0, you need to press the button "Esc" key to return to the "main interface" M0, and then press "↑" key or "↓" key to the "main interface" M1c
- Under the "main interface" M1c, press the "↲" key to enter in M1d interface.
- Under the M1d interface, press the "↲" key to initialize automatically and return to the "main interface" M0.
- Press "Esc" + "↲" at the same time to start the pump. (The screen will show: Unit ON)
