DANGER

FATAL ELECTRIC SHOCK HAZARD!

To prevent possible fatal electric shock, shutdown the host computer and perform LOTO Global Operator Console / Operator Workspace before starting this procedure.

Shutdown application software on the Host computer. Lockout/Tagout power sources. Refer to Lockout/Tagout of the GOC.
Remove the service cover and disconnect ground cable
1. Remove two screws.
2. Lift up and remove service cover. (Be careful to strain the ground cable)
3. Disconnect ground cable.

Remove all cables that are connected to the Ethernet Switch.
Remove the Velcro tapes from the Ethernet Switch.
Remove the Ethernet Switch from the support bracket of GOC.

Install a new Ethernet Switch , restore GOC by reverse order of removal.

Restore power to the GOC. Refer to LOTO for GOC.
Open C Shell and ping ip address in the hospital . Check that result of ping test is ok.
Perform check scan.
