Removing the ICN

Removes the Image Compute Node (ICN) to replace it or to replace the ICN power supply.

About this task

Procedure

  1. Open the PGR cabinet front door.
  2. Loosen 2 captive screws under the screw cover and slide out the ICN.
  3. Slide the ICN out of the cabinet until the ends of the rails touch the stoppers.

  4. Disconnect all the cables from the rear of the ICN, including the AC power plug(s). Note the locations for reinstallation.
  5. Push the two release tabs down and move the ICN forward.

  6. Lift the ICN up to release it from the bracket.
    There are four studs on each side of the ICN that fit into the rail.
