Before working in any GE Healthcare MR suite or performing any GE Healthcare service procedure, you must:
If you have any safety concerns at any time, do not begin work or immediately stop work and move to a safe location. Immediately contact your supervisor or site safety officer for instructions on how to proceed. | ||||
Important: The safety analyzer must be located as far away from the magnet as possible to successfully execute this test. Getting closer to the magnet affects the safety analyzer and alters the tool’s ability to take an accurate measurement.

About this task
When safety analyzer kits are sent in for calibration, the units are being upgraded with the Dale 601/601E Safety Analyzer (generally Americas and Asia) or the Fluke ESA612 Safety Analyzer (generally Europe).
This procedure is divided into three sections: first the older model, Dale 600/600E; next the new model, Dale 601/601E; and finally the Fluke ESA612.
Use the supplied data sheet to record the leakage current data. The table below is a reference of what is contained on the data sheet. Print the form. PAC leakage current measurements.
