Removing LOTO - MDP

Procedure

Alert necessary personnel that power is being restored.
Remove the lock and tag.
Have a customer-supplied electrician reconnect building main power to the MDP.
On the MDP, check the breaker. If it is in a middle position, reset it by cycling to the Off position then back to the On position.
Switch on the Main Input Switch (labeled with LOTO lock).
On the MDP, push the green System On button.
On the PDU, press the EMO RESET button.
