Important: GE Field Engineers cannot install, service, or repair the MDP. Only a licensed electrician is qualified to complete those tasks. Refer to the MR Service Safety Manual (5452735) for further safety information.

About this task
Overview
MDP power and ground connections must be tight to avoid system failures.
The MDP battery must be replaced by the customer (if batteries are present in system) based on the table below. The MDP battery should be functional to start the cryo-compressor when the system power is restored.
