FERROUS MATERIAL HAZARD !! TORQUE WRENCH AND SOCKET DRIVE
CONTAIN FERROUS MATERIAL AND CAN BECOME FORCIBLY ATTRACTED TO THE
MAGNET.
DO NOT BRING THESE TOOLS INTO THE MAGNET ROOM.
Table UP/Down check
Procedure
Press Down pedal on the Dock FRP Cover ensure that the table
moves to the Down most condition.
Press Up pedal on the Dock FRP Cover ensure that the table moves
to the topmost condition.

Ensure that the LPCA Latch comes and latches to the Cradle assembly
once table reaching to the top most condition.
Cradle In/Out check
Procedure
Press Cradle in button on the Gantry, ensure that the cradle
move inside the Bore.
Press Cradle out button on the Gantry, ensure that the cradle
moves outside the Bore.

Observe for smooth cradle motion without interference with the
bridge.
Emergency egress Check
Procedure
Press Cradle in button on the Gantry, Take cradle in by 500mm
approximately. Rotate the Handle on the Cradle, and pull the cradle
out to the home position. Ensure its possible to pull the cradle with
this process.

Home sensor Function Check
Procedure
Press Cradle in button on the Gantry, Take cradle in by 500mm
approximately. Press the Down pedal on the Dock FRP cover. Ensure
that the table is not coming down.
