Discover the ways to view GE Healthcare documents.

This software is delivered with electronic Instructions For Use (eIFU) in WebHelp and PDF format.

You can access this , or any other internal GE Healthcare documents referenced in this manual from the following locations:
  • MyWorkshop (MWS)

    MWS (https://myworkshop.health.ge.com/) is an online application for GE Healthcare employees to access service, user, and Quality Management System (QMS) documentation.

    In the Search field, enter the document number (DOC ID) and click Enter. In the Search Results window, locate the DOC ID for the released version of the document, and click the link. In the main MyWorkshop page, in the File Name column, click the link for the PDF file.

  • Service Information Management System Content Viewer (SIMS CV)

    SIMS CV is a desktop application for GE Healthcare employees to access service and user documentation. You request access to SIMS CV in OneIDM and then install the application via MyTech. No license is needed, but approval is required from your Manager (L1) and a SIMS Administrator (L2).

    In the menu panel, select Catalog. In the Enter Keywords or Doc. Number field, enter the DOC ID and then click Search.

Note: You can find the document number (DOC#####) and revision number for this manual in topic Document identification information. You can further refine your search by applying filters such as Modality, Products, Language, SIS Type, Document type, Status, and Classification.

Manuals available in WebHelp and PDF format are displayed in a separate browser tab, from which you can view, print, bookmark, or save the document.

You require a PDF reader to view a document in PDF format. Some web browsers have a built-in PDF reader. If you are using a web browser that does not, you can obtain a third-party application, for example: Adobe® Acrobat Reader® (downloadable from MyTech or https://get.adobe.com/reader/).

You also can access an online version of the IPM User Manual in WebHelp format from the Imaging Protocol Manager application. From the IPM menu panel, click Help > User Manual. The manual opens in a separate tab in your web browser.
