Before working in any GE Healthcare MR suite or performing any GE Healthcare service procedure, you must:

About this task

On systems with the RRx receive chain, the blower fan box has two filters. The filter for the RF hub air is located on the right side of the blower box. The filter for patient air is located on the left side of the blower box.

Procedure

Visually inspect the blower box filter(s) for dust. If a filter requires cleaning or replacing, do the procedures that follow in this document.
