Checking InSite Remote Service Platform (RSvP) connectivity and ProDiags functionality

Make sure the Remote Service Platform (RSvP) has connectivity and ProDiags is functioning properly.

Procedure

  1. Do Accessing Guided Install.
  2. Navigate to Service SW Insite and click Configure Insite/IIP.

  3. Make sure the following settings or statuses are shown:
    1. Connectivity in the Agent Configuration tab is ENABLED.
    2. The Agent Status tab shows:
      1. Agent Running: Yes
      2. Registered: Yes
      3. CRM Verified: Yes
      4. Quarantine: No
    3. The Feature List shows all features (Sweeps, Software Download, and ProDiags) as ENABLED.
