About this task

This procedure describes all of SC cover removal. Refer to the related cover removal only according to the replacement procedure.

L Upper Cover: L Upper Cover

R Upper Cover: R Upper Cover

Lower Cover: Lower Cover

Rear Cover (Magnet Room Side): Rear Cover (Magnet Room Side)

Water Manifold Access Cover: Water Manifold Access Cover

L Upper Cover

Procedure

  1. Raise the handlebar on L Upper Cover.
  2. Unlock 4 fasteners with the coin.
  3. Remove L Upper Cover. Refer to Figure 1

R Upper Cover

Procedure

  1. Remove L Upper Cover.
  2. Raise the handlebar on R Upper Cover.
  3. Unlock 2 fasteners with the coin.
  4. Remove R Upper Cover. Refer to Figure 1

Lower Cover

Procedure

  1. Raise the two handlebars on Lower Cover.
  2. Unlock 5 fasteners with the coin.
  3. Remove Lower Cover. Refer to Figure 1

Rear Cover (Magnet Room Side)

Procedure

Remove rear cover by removing 6 screws.

Water Manifold Access Cover

Procedure

  1. Remove L Upper Cover and Lower Cover.
  2. Remove Water Manifold Access Cover by removing 2 screws. Refer to Figure 3
