Delrin wheel Replacement

Prerequisites

DO NOT TAKE ANY FERROUS TOOLS INSIDE THE MAGNET ROOM FORCE OF THE MAGNETIC FIELD OF THE MR SYSTEM CAN CAUSE FERROUS OBJECTS TO BECOME PROJECTILES THAT CAN CAUSE SERIOUS INJURY.

AT ANY TIME, DO NOT TAKE THE TABLE BEYOND THE MARKED LINE AS SHOWN IN
THE FORCE OF THE MAGNETIC FIELD OF THE MR SYSTEM CAN CAUSE TABLE ACTUATOR NOT TO FUNCTION.

Move the cradle inside the bore until the Delrin wheel exposed completely
Turn the system power OFF. Refer to Lockout / Tagout for System Cabinet PDU Main Breaker.
Remove the right top cover from the table. Refer to Scissor Covers.
Remove the Table Top side FRP covers fixing screws in the Table and remove side FRP covers.

Remove the Screws of the Delrin wheel.

Take out the Delrin wheel and replace a new one, fix the new Delrin wheel to the tabletop assy.

Install tabletop side FRP covers
Fix the scissor covers from the table

Turn the system power ON. Refer to Lockout / Tagout for System Cabinet PDU Main Breaker.
Move the cradle back to the home position.
Level the Table and perform Height Adjustment. Refer to LEVELING FIXED TABLE and TOP HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT.
Fix the FRP Covers of the Table.
Check the Table Function. Refer to TABLE CHECKS AFTER INSTALLATION .
Perform Express Coil MCQA Test to check that the PA coil cable is properly connected.
