Leveling Fixed Table

Prerequisites

Procedure

  1. Move the Table to up-limit position.
  2. There are four Leveling pads provided in the Base weldments, which levels Table at four locations.

  3. The Weldment height from the ground must be checked for uniform Loading. The weldment height must be with in 58 +/-6 mm. Check the same height at all four locations
    • If the height is not within 58 +/-6 mm, then follow the below procedure to adjust Leveling pads provided in the Base weldments:

  4. Loosen two screws fixed table with dock frame.

  5. Loosen the hand tightened Locknut of leveling pad.
    note:

    Raise the 4 wheels to highest position, then adjust the leveling pad

  6. Rotate the leveling pad stud by using 14mm spanner in anticlockwise direction to raise the table height/ Clockwise direction to reduce the Table Height.

  7. Once the Table height Variation is adjusted with in 3mm, Lock the Leveling Pad Lock nut with hand tight.

    note:

    For the proper Height adjustment, the Leveling pad height 58 +/-6 mm can be varied to achieve uniform level at the Table top for all four locations.
