Checking off ICW Magnet Ramping items

Procedure

  1. Ramp and shim the magnet.
    Refer to the applicable Magnet and Cryogen subsystem manual for the specific procedures listed below.
    ICW Check Procedure
    Are magnet pre-ramp requirements done? Ramping a magnet
    Is magnet Rundown unit functional check done? Magnet Rundown Unit (MRU) Inspection
    Is magnet ramping done? Ramping a magnet
    Is passive shimming (and Super Con if applicable) done? Shimming a magnet
  2. In the ICW Magnet Ramping section, check off each item to confirm the procedure has been completed.
