Follow this process to prepare for the automated SNR Test of the 1.5T 8-channel High Resolution Brain Array Coil, Catalog Number M3335LZ.
Procedure
- Attach the baseplate with 1.5T HD 8-Channel High Resolution Brain Array to the cradle in the same position on the cradle as the standard head coil. Record the serial number of the coil.
- Slide the coil back to permit access to the head holder as shown
below.

- Place the phantom ring on the head holder as shown below. (The
edge of the ring that goes toward the magnet has edges that overlap
the head holder to secure the ring in place.)

- Place the Head TLT Sphere on the phantom ring.

- Slide the coil all the way forward (away from the magnet) on
the baseplate, and set the locks as shown.

- Establish an axial landmark on the line on top of the coil, and press Advance to Scan.
- Run the Multi-Coil Quality Assurance Tool.
