Strong Magnetic Field!
Ferrous materials can become dangerous projectiles in the presence of the magnetic field Produced by the Signa Magnet.
Do not Bring any ferromagnetic tools or equipment into the magnet room.

Remove following covers.
- Front trim ring (Refer to Front Trim Ring.)
- Bridge cover (Refer to Bridge Cover.)
- Bridge Assembly (Refer to Front Bridge Assembly.)
Remove the patient light end covers from the upper side of magnet bore by removing 2 bolts.

Using an M5 Allen wrench, remove the two M6 bolts of fasteners which connect the RF coil and the front end bell. (Refer to illustration 2)

Cut the 5 tie-wraps fixing J10 connector cable.
Cut the tie-wrap from the magnet under side.
Withdraw sensor cable to the magnet front side.

Remove 6 bolts that are securing the front end bell to the magnet.

Remove the front end bell from the magnet bore.

note: Weight of front end bell is approx.15kg. The front end bell removal needs two people.

Installation is reverse order of removal.
