Filter Panel Assy

Prerequisites

Procedure

  1. Remove SC Rear cover of magnet room side. Refer to SC Cover Removal
  2. Remove the cables from defective Filter Panel Assy front side.

  3. Remove screws fixing Filter Panel Assy and Penetration Panel.
  4. Pull out Filter Board and remove cables from Filter Board.

  5. Remove Filter Panel Assy from Penetration Panel.

  6. Restore the Filter Panel Assy by reverse order of removal.
    note:

    Make sure to tighten each screw.

  7. Restore Cabinet cover.
