Follow loto steps as given in first section of this document to disable and verify safe voltage levels.

Procedure

Remove SC Rear cover of magnet room side. Refer to SC Cover Removal
Remove access cover to access to rear connectors.

Remove the cables from defective Exciter Connector Assy front side.
Remove the cables from defective Exciter Connector Assy rear side.

Remove screws fixing Exciter Connector Assy and Penetration Panel.
Remove Exciter Connector Assy from Penetration Panel.

Restore the Exciter Connector Assy by reverse order of removal.

note:
Make sure to tighten each screw.
Restore Cabinet cover.

Procedure

Restore the Power. Refer to Lockout / Tagout for PDU in System Cabinet.
Perform Signal to Noise - Head Scan.
