Customer workflow changes

Procedure

  1. Default passwords are no longer allowed for any user account on the system.
  2. The legacy EA3 Login account sdc is no longer available by default on the software. The customer admin and lead technician will need to either create local user accounts or configure enterprise authentication (if available in the facility) for rest of the users of the MR system. See Creating local users.
  3. The Emergency Logon option is disabled by default. The customer can choose to authorize local users as necessary for Emergency Logon, see Enabling or disabling emergency logon authority.
  4. Password based authorization for System Preferences, SarDB/DT and Protocol Edit are removed and this now needs to be enabled through role based access levels on EA3 user accounts. See Configure user accounts for Role Based access controls.
