STEP E21: Final Installation Checklist

  1. Verify HVAC system is running and maintaining the required environmental conditions for CT system operation.

  2. Power and Grounding audit is complete.

  3. Seismic mounting is installed if required.

  4. All customer options are installed and functional.

  5. Broadband is installed and operational.

  6. All service items, tools, manuals, Options DVDs, and software are stored in the service cabinet.

  7. All hardware covers are installed.

  8. The covers are clean and nicks are touched up with paint.

  9. The room is cleaned and all trash removed.

  10. Dollies and lean carts are arranged for pick-up.

  11. FDA Form 2579 and GE Form e4879 completed and filed.

  12. Product Locator Cards updated.

  13. All dispatching activities completed (003, 004, 010 codes).
