1. If not factory-installed, apply all warning labels
in the language according to the country law. This language may be
different than the language selected by the customer for their user
interface.

2. Install all system warning labels. Do not cover any
labels in English that are already on the system.
|
|
3. Conduct several DIAGNOSTIC DATA COLLECTION scans and verify that all X-ray warning lights are ON during the
scan.
|
|
4. Collect the product locator cards shipped with the
system. There should be approximately 28 product locator cards with
the average system.
|
|
5. Update the online product locator web site with the
required hospital information.
|
|
6. Confirm that the serial numbers on the cards shipped
with the system match those found on the web site for that GON number.
Update the information, as required.

|
7. Place the cards in a plastic bag, and then place them
in the service cabinet.
|
