Rear Endbell Removal

Procedure

  1. Position the cradle to home position.
  2. Perform LOTO for ISC.
  3. Remove the rear trim rings.

  4. Remove the rear cable cover per following steps.
    1. Remove the two screws.
    2. Bring up the rear cable cover to unhook and remove it.

  5. Remove the duct bar by removing four screws.

  6. Remove the rear center bridge cover.
    1. Remove two screws.
    2. Bring up to unhook and remove the rear center bridge cover.

  7. Remove the rear bridge bottom cover.
    1. Remove two screw at bridge side cover.
    2. Bring up to unhook and remove rear bridge bottom cover.

  8. Disconnect M3350 cable from the connector at the bracket of right bridge side cover.

  9. Remove the rear bridge side covers by removing three screws for both covers.

  10. Disconnect Run3507 cable removing two screws from the rear bridge.
  11. Disconnect UTNS antenna cable from the rear bridge.

  12. Perform the following steps.
    1. Remove four screws attaching the rear bridge to the front bridge.
    2. Remove the two screws mounted on the body coil mounting brackets.
    3. Remove the rear bridge.

  13. Perform the following steps.
    1. Disconnect the two (2) RF transmit cables.
    2. Remove two (2) body coil air hoses.

  14. Disconnect the speaker cable.

  15. Remove three screws and remove rear endbell.
