PCI AA Replacement

Prerequisites

Procedure

  1. Shutdown the system software and Lockout/Tagout the power to the GOC before beginning the replacement.
  2. Wear the static electricity prevention band to the wrist.
  3. Spread the static electricity prevention sheet for replacement
  4. Remove the PC cover by unscrewing the two screws and disconnect the ground cable.

  5. Loosen the strap and remove the hook.

  6. Remove adhesive tape.
  7. Remove one screw and remove the side cover of the PC.

  8. Remove all the cables that connect to the PCIAA Board and PCIAA Extended Board on the rear of the PC.
  9. Remove the PCIAA Board and PCIAA Extended Board, and take away them.

  10. Install the replacement PCIAA collector by the reverse order of removal.

Finalization

  1. Turn the system power on. Verify system boot up without any problem.
  2. Perform Emergency Stop and Off Check
  3. Perform .
    note:

    GOC PCIAA is pre-adjusted at vendor. So, basically, intercom adjustment of GOC PCIAA is not required. If necessary, perform Intercom Adjustment as troubleshooting
