ELECTROCUTION HAZARD!
DANGEROUS AND OR FATAL VOLTAGES ARE PRESENT IN THE ENERGIZED CABINET.
Follow loto steps as given in first section of this document to disable and verify safe voltage levels.

By this replacement, 200ml of coolant for system cabinet will be decreased. Please consider the coolant level of MCS which was checked during PM. If necessary, prepare coolant water 5L (5159818).	-	-
System Power must be turned OFF. Refer to Lockout / Tagout for System Cabinet PDU Main Breaker.	-	-

Remove Front Lower Cover. Refer to SC Cover Removal.
Remove the water manifold access cover of SC.
Close the IN/OUT valves of water manifold.

Remove top cover of MCS by removing 2 screws.
Remove R side cover of MCS by removing 2 screws.

Before removing the power cable of MCS, mark the terminal number on each cable so that you can restore correctly. Note that MCS won’t work if phase of power lines are not correctly installed.
Disconnect the power and signal cables from MCS.
Set the water hand pump to MCS tank and draining tank.
Drain the all coolant from MCS tank.

Before removing the hoses from MCS, fold and bind each hose to prevent from draining. Spread unused news paper for cloth on the floor.

Disconnect hoses from MCS rear panel.

note:
When removing the hose easily, make a cut at the hose opening.

Be careful the coolant does not spill to floor. If needed, use funnel and 5L tank.

Connect 500 mm hose to inlet and outlet of MCS with clamps.

Restore the tank cap and covers of MCS.
Set the new MCS to the site.
Refill the drained coolant to new MCS tank.
Restore MCS and SC with reverse order of procedure.

Verify that four casters are attached on the floor.
Restore the Power. Refer to Lockout / Tagout for System Cabinet PDU Main Breaker.
Verify that LED on Reverse Phase Repay is NOT lit while MCS/LCS is running.

Perform Priming Pump. Refer to HDe MCS and LCS PRIMING PUMP Instruction.
Check the coolant level by checking that the float is in the range. Refer to #id_13106102/SL986376-1092887.

Verify that there is no abnormal sounds or vibration while power is on.
Run one head or body scan.
Return the defective MCS and tank which was attached with MCS FRU kit.
