STRONG MAGNETIC FIELD!
FERROUS MATERIALS CAN BECOME DANGEROUS PROJECTILES IN THE PRESENCE OF THE MAGNETIC FIELD PRODUCED BY THE SIGNA MAGNET.
Do not Bring any ferromagnetic tools or equipment into the magnet room.

DANGEROUS VOLTAGES ARE PRESENT AROUND THE MAGNET SUBSYSTEM WHEN ENERGIZED.
LOCK AND TAG OUT POWER TO THE magnet room BEFORE STARTING WORK.

Procedure

Remove Rear Pedestal left cover. Refer to Cover Removal
Disconnect J3 and J4 connectors from Encoder Box.
Loosen the hexagon socket set screw which fixes the sensor and remove sensor.

Remove Encoder Box by removing 2 screws.
Restore it by the reverse order of the removal.

Finalization

Restore the Power. Refer to System Cabinet PDU Main Breaker LOTO Procedure.
Perform Longitudinal Drive Calibration.
Perform DQA Tool to adjust Isocenter Z.
Perform Signal to Noise - Head Scan.
