DM Filter

Prerequisites

Procedure

  1. Remove SC Rear cover of magnet room side. Refer to SC Cover Removal.
  2. Remove the cables from defective DM Filter front side.
  3. Remove screws fixing DM Filter and Penetration Panel.
  4. Remove the cables from defective DM Filter rear side.

  5. Remove DM Filter from Penetration Panel.

  6. Restore the DM Filter by reverse order of removal.
    note:

    Make sure to tighten each screw.

  7. Restore Cabinet cover.

Finalization

  1. Restore the Power. Refer to Lockout / Tagout for PDU in System Cabinet.
  2. Perform Signal to Noise - Head Scan.
