Cradle Assembly Removal

Prerequisites

Procedure

  1. Undock patient transport.
  2. Press cradle latch block at front end of transport with a blunt object (such as a pencil eraser), and simultaneously push in actuator rod at front of cradle (see Figure 1)
  3. While holding these actuators, slide cradle forward on patient transport approximately three inches. The actuators can now be released.
  4. Push in right actuator in base at front end of transport, and slide cradle the rest of the way off of the patient transport (see Figure 1).
