CRADLE HOME SENSOR CHECK
Prerequisites
Procedure
- Move the cradle In by 400mm.
- Remove the Tabletop FRP cover screws and remove tabletop FRP
cover with outer scissor cover.

- Actuate the sensor Pin on the Tabletop manually.

- Ensure that the Push rod engages the Limit switch Dog. If its
not engaging properly adjust the Push rod length by taking in/out
so that it engages properly. Tighten the Push Rod Lock nut after the
adjustment.

- Ensure that the sensor cables are connected properly with the
Limit switch.

- Check for the home sensor function by pressing the Down pedal near dockside. If still the Home positions inter-Lock not functioning, then need to change the Control Box or the Home sensor assembly kit. Follow Cradle Home sensor replacement procedure, section 6B of this document, to replace the Cradle Home sensor.
- Fix back the Bottom panels by properly inserting the Side and
Rear bumpers to Panel and FRP.

- Recover tabletop FRP cover with outer scissor cover.
