1 Hazards

1.1 Hydraulic Part Replacement

The following hydraulic part replacement requires Table Support Tool to prevent the Table upper construction fallen down during replacement procedure.

  • Hydraulic cylinder

  • Hydraulic cylinder

  • High Pressure horse

  • Proportional valve Assembly

  • Shut off valve

The proper handling of the support tool is very important. Each replacement procedure shows how to use the tool and all of FE need to follow the procedure.

1.2 Cradle Replacement

The Cradle is big and heavy weight, so two FEs shall be required for safety service action.

2 Touch Sensor (Jumper) Service Jumper

During service, the table touch sensor must remain operable for the table to fully function. To operate the table with the side covers removed, the sensors must be jumpered with dummy Touch Sensor connector, that is provided within Table ship collector.
