Recon Performance Verification Procedure
Prerequisites
Overview
This procedure describes how to verify the recon performance speciation which is provided in the Product Datasheet.
This procedure applies to the Optima CT680 with Z840 host computer.
1 Acquire Images
Procedure
- Place QA phantom on cradle.
- Set Internal Landmark.
- Select NEW PATIENT.
- Type the following entries in the listed Patient Information
fields:
- Patient ID: Service
- Patient Name: Recon Performance Test
- Select Service from Protocol Selection, Anatomical Selector.
- Select Verify, 42.2 Recon
Performance Test.
The scan protocol is shown as below.
- Click CONFIRM.
- Press MOVE TO SCAN on Scan Control Box when it flashes.
- Press START on Scan Control Box when it flashes.
- By using a stop watch, measure the time between the first image display and the last image display.
2 Calculation of Reconstruction Time
Procedure
- Calculate the reconstruction time (fps) per the following formula:
Reconstruction Time (fps) = (total number of images -1) / (time between the first image display and the last image display)
Specification: ≥50 fps (Optima CT680 with 16BW45.x or later)
note: The specification may change by new software release. Confirm with the latest product data sheet.
