260134609	GTCB Cradle drive motion without move command.	When cradle is latched and linear scale moves more than 0.125x2 mm without move command, this error will be detected. TCB Manager selects whether system error or LOG_ONLY, which depends on during scan or not.
260134610	GTCB could not complete cradle characterization: Failed ABS encoder count didn't change.	No output signal from Cradle Absolute Encoder was received while cradle characterization.
260134611	GTCB could not complete cradle characterization: Failed flash operation.	Reading data from flash everytime the CMC monitor task is executed, and checking flash is OK (CRC is OK and data is non-zero).

260134706	Elevation could not move with motion command. Check valve, inveter, or drive enable line from gantry.
260134707	Elevation could not stop with stop command. If table is moving downward, check valve.
260134708	Elevation Potentiometer value is invalid. Check potentiometer or cable.	GTCB received potentiometer value which is out of range during operation.
