NPCN Board Assembly Replacement

Prerequisites

Procedure

    • Understand and follow the Safety Guidelines Manual.
  1. Move the cradle to the OUT mechanical limit position by hand.
  2. Raise the Table to its highest position.
    note: If the Table up/down movement is inoperative, use the service power cable to raise the Table (refer to Enforced Table Elevation).
  3. Remove power from Table by turning off “HVDC”, “120VAC” and “Axial Drive” switches on the service switch panel.
  4. Remove the following cover:

  5. Disconnect the nine cable connectors (J1~ J4, J6, J7, J11) from the NPCN Board Assy.
  6. Remove the NPCN Board Assy by unscrewing its four nuts.
  7. Install the new NPCN Board Assy by referring toStep 6 through Step 5.
  8. Restore the Table to original configuration.
