DIP Stats RTS data

This document defines the available Real Time Statistics (RTS) data available on the system for the DIP subsystem. The RTS data is gathered at the end of each series.

The RTS viewer for the DIP Stats shows a listing of information related to the DIP communications from the slipring. See Table 1 for an example of the data with explanations.
