ICOM Fuse Replacement

Prerequisites

Overview

1 Power OFF (Shut Down) the Console

Procedure

  1. If Applications are up, click on the Shut Down button.
  2. Power OFF the Operator Console front switch, when instructed to “Power Down”.

2 Remove Old Fuse

Procedure

  1. Remove right side console cover.
  2. Switch off ICOM at the rear side of ICOM. See Figure 1

  3. Push out the Fuse Drawer by using a small flat screwdriver. See Figure 2

  4. Identify and remove the defective Fuse(s).

3 Install New Fuse

Procedure

  1. Install the new Fuse (8A 250V Time Delay Fuse) into the Fuse Drawer
  2. Switch on ICOM at the rear side of ICOM.
  3. Restore the console cover.

4 Finalization

Procedure

  1. Take some scans which need to do prescribed tilt.
  2. Verify the prescribed tilt function is normal.
