CTPM-1708 Cradle bottom inspection (For High Capacity Table)

Procedure Effectivity:

Procedure

  1. Raise the Table to maximum height.
  2. Move the Cradle and IMS to OUT limit position.
  3. Remove power from Table by turning off 120VAC, Axial Drive and HVDC switches on Service Switch Panel.
  4. Check the bottom of the cradle. There should be no big scratch.
  5. Wipe the bottom of the cradle with alcohol.
  6. Wait a while for alcohol volatilization.

Finalization

  1. Power up the Table from the Service Switch Panel.
  2. Verify that the cradle and IMS movement are smooth and normal.
