This is the list of the Jedi HP X-Ray Generator tracked data. It includes
all the critical component temperatures measured or calculated with the generator
thermal model (basing on the measurement of the inverter heatsink surface),
the DC bus measurement and the cumulated exposure time.
Max Temperatures for Heatsink
Unit: Celsius degrees.
Analog measure on the heatsink surface.
Measurement logged in the TnT log file at the end of the preparation
if max value detected. This max value should be reset to zero after each download
of the TnT log file with a system command (at the end of the day or when the
machine is stopped).
Max Temperatures for Parallel Inductor
Unit: Celsius degrees.
Analog measure on the parallel inductor.
Measurement logged in the TnT log file at the end of the preparation
if max value detected. This max value should be reset to zero after each download
of the TnT log file with a system command (at the end of the day or when the
machine is stopped).
Max Temperatures for MPHV Tank
Unit: Celsius degrees.
Analog measure on the MPHV Tank oil.
Measurement logged in the TnT log file at the end of the preparation
if max value detected. This max value should be reset to zero after each download
of the TnT log file with a system command (at the end of the day or when the
machine is stopped).
DC_bus min in Preparation
Unit: Volts.
Analog measure coming from the inverter: sampling time corresponds
to each time we check the DC_ bus level in the software application loop (we
compare it to expected level and save it if it is smaller than the last minimum
value stored).
Measurement logged in the TnT log file at the end of preparation if
min value detected. This min value should be reset to the fixed high DC-bus
value (800 Volts) after each download of the TnT log file with a system command
(at the end of the day or when the machine is stopped).
Minimum Value: 400V
DC_bus max in Preparation
Unit: Volts.
Analog measure coming from the inverter: sampling time corresponds
to each time we check the DC_ bus level in software application loop (we compare
it to expected level and save it if it is greater than the last maximum value
stored). Measurement logged in the TnT log file at the end of preparation
if max value detected. This max value should be updated at zero after each
download of the TnT log file with a system command (at the end of the day
or when the machine is stopped).
Maximum Value: 800V
DC_bus min during exposure
Unit: Volts.
Analog measure coming from the inverter: sampling time corresponds
to each time we check the DC_ bus level in SW application loop (we compare
it to expected level and save it if it is smaller than the last minimum value
stored).
Measurement logged in the TnT log file at the end of preparation if
min value detected. This min value should be updated at a fixed high DC-bus
value (800 Volts) after each download of the TnT log file with a system command
(at the end of the day or when the machine is stopped).
Minimum Value: 400V
DC_bus max during exposure
Unit: Volts.
Analog measure coming from the inverter: sampling time corresponding
to each time we check the DC_ bus level in SW application loop (we compare
it to expected level and save it if it is smaller than the last maximum value
stored).
Measurement logged in the TnT log file at the end of preparation if
max value detected. This max value should be reset to zero after each download
of the TnT log file with a system command (at the end of the day or when the
machine is stopped).
Maximum Value: 800V
Time since first power-up
Unit: Hours.
Software counter (using saved NVRAM timer).
Counter logged in the TnT log file at end of preparation. This value
should not be reset during the life of the machine.
NVRAM battery life time
Unit: Hours.
Software counter (using saved NVRAM timer).
Counter logged in the TnT log file at end of preparation. This value
should be reset by system command when NVRAM Battery or kVcontrol board is
replaced.
Normal operating range: 0 - 70,128 hrs (8 years)
Cumulated Power-on time
Unit: Hours.
Software counter (using saved NVRAM timer).
Counter logged in the TnT log file at end of preparation. This value
should not be reset during the life of the machine.
Inverter average current
Unit: Amps
The measured inverter average current during the last exposure.
Actual kV
Unit: kV
The measured average kV present during the last exposure.
Actual mA
Unit: mA
The measured average mA present during the last exposure.
Actual exposure time
Unit: Seconds
The measured actual exposure time of the last exposure.
